The apartments are on the 3rd and 4th floor in the same house. All together there are 3 bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, one large bathroom with bath and one with a shower, one living room with a single sofa bed and a small living room area also with a single sofa bed. TV and a DVD player.
The kitchens are fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave with grill, coffee machine and toaster.

This is a non smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Leifsgata, is a lovely quiet street in downtown Reykjavik that is next to Hallgrímskirkja and only a 5 minute walk from the central bus station BSÍ, where the Fly-bus stops. Laugarvegur, Iceland's main shopping street is also 5 min walk away. A public swimming pool is also close by.
